This project was a major renovation residential project modifying every room in the house. The house was built in 1999 as a three-bedroom house and then converted to a four-bedroom by converting the existing garage to a bedroom. The existing garage was an addition to the original house.
The design objective was to connect the interiors with the exterior at every opportunity via changes in interior architecture. To achieve this, contagious flooring, wood porcelain tiles, were laid throughout the first and second floor in the public areas. To cultivate a sense of warmth, bronze metal finishes, wood accessories, and white paint was applied within the interiors.
